YourShop — Privacy Policy

Welcome to YourShop (“we,” “our,” “us”). Your privacy and data protection are extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the YourShop mobile application to register your shop and order products for delivery.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal and shop details when you register or use our app:
- Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Password
- Shop Name, Shop Photo, and Business Address (City, Landmark, Area Code)
- Order details, Billing/Shipping Information, and Transaction History
After registration, each shop’s information is reviewed and verified by our admin team. Only verified shops are allowed to log in and access the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and verify shop accounts (admin must approve before login is activated)
- Process and deliver your orders
- Provide order updates and notifications
- Manage user profiles and preferences
- Improve our services and app performance
- Offer customer support and resolve issues
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
- Fulfill legal and regulatory obligations
3. Payments

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as required by law. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently erased within 72 hours.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may disclose your data only when required by government or legal authorities for compliance purposes.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission, secure servers, and restricted access to ensure your data safety. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs or tracking tools.
7. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we store about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data

8. Account Deletion
Note: Our app currently does not include an in-app “Delete Account” button. However, you can request account or data deletion anytime by either:
- Sending an email to operacosmetic01@gmail.com, or
- Submitting a message through the app’s Contact / Support Form.
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 72 hours. After deletion your data cannot be recovered.
9. Permissions Used and Their Purpose

CAMERA
Purpose: The app uses the camera permission only to allow users to capture photos of shops, products, or documents within the app. The captured photos are used only for in-app purposes such as profile setup, product listing, or verification. These photos are not shared with any third party or used for advertising. Photos are uploaded securely to our Google Cloud Storage (bucket), accessible only to the app owner and authorized admin. -
STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO
Purpose: This permission is used only to let users choose and upload images or videos from their device gallery (for example, product or shop images). The app does not continuously scan, collect, or access your media files. Media access is strictly limited to the file(s) you select during the upload process. We do not sell, share, or transfer your photos or videos to any third party. All uploaded content is stored securely in our private Google Cloud Storage and is used only for internal app functionality. -
INTERNET
Purpose: Required for connecting with our secure server for login, registration, media uploads, and app-related data synchronization. The app does not transmit any unnecessary personal data beyond what is essential for these functions. -
Data Security and Access
We do not collect or share any personal images or videos beyond user-selected files.
Only the app owner and authorized administrators can access uploaded content for operational purposes.
All files are transmitted using secure HTTPS encryption and stored safely on Google Cloud Storage (private bucket).
10. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 18 years. If we learn that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately upon notice.
11. Data Location and Transfer
Your data is stored securely on servers located in India. We do not transfer or process data outside India.
12. Third-Party Services
Our app does not integrate with external advertising or analytics SDKs. If we introduce any external services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and seek any required consent.
13. Brand and Trademark Disclaimer
All product names, trademarks, and images used in the app are the property of their respective owners. YourShop is an independent ordering platform for local shopkeepers and wholesalers. We do not claim ownership or partnership with any brand shown in product listings.
14. Data Safety Summary (For Google Play)
- Data collected only during registration and order placement.
- Admin must verify shops before login is allowed.
- No background tracking or hidden permissions.
- Users can delete their data anytime using the methods above.
- All data is securely stored within India.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy as needed. Updates will be published within the app and on our official policy page. Please review periodically to stay informed.
